Nurturing Village is a family-centered facility where therapists collaborate with parents and guardians to improve the connection and emotional regulation of children.
We are dedicated to hiring and nurturing highly trained professionals to work in a flexible and family friendly work environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing counseling services to individuals, families, and groups to assist in behavioral and emotional well being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct child and family assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions focusing on mental health and parent coaching/ education
- Collaborate with families, schools, daycares, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care
-Maintain timely and accurate case notes
-Participate in monthly group consultations with other professional members of the practice
Requirements:
Experience working with young children and their families
Proficiency in child and family counseling techniques
Strong skills in child assessment and crisis intervention
Ability to provide effective therapy interventions
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Adherence to professional code of ethics for mental health practitioners
Willingness to be trained in and practice play therapy with clients

Education: Master's (Required)
License/Certification: LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC (Required)
