She likes to look at each situation in its entirety focusing on any aspect that might be affecting a child’s progress while working with those closest to them to help support them in any environment that they are in.
Stephanie likes to utilize many different modalities and techniques including mindful listening, play therapy, art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness all while building off of the strengths a child already possesses. One of the most important things to Stephanie is to build a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients to best support them through their journey. She brings a sense of compassion, empathy, and playfulness to each session with making sure to always listen to each unique need that is presented without judgement.
